I own the "not liked" St Anger album and I must say that I do hear it from time to time, not just as much as the other albums. I love the band and I'm up for branching out and trying new things (a hint of country on Mama Said and Unforgiven II) so I don't ridicule the band for that. If anything, I think they've missed some opportunities to hit it with the people. They fell out of favor with the whole Napster thing and making a bad ass video would have calmed the people over (yes, many fans are still pissed over the Napster thing. Get over it people). I haven't been as fortunate as you to sample the album but I'm hoping that it's some good shit that will want me learn to play the music live.
