		<description>I had always wanted to own a home...then when we finally bought we realized what a pain in the ass ownership can be.  Broken water heaters, flooding with a plumbing break, taxes, homeowners insurance, blah-blah-blah.

I&#039;m thinking I&#039;d like to see a sold sign in front of ours in the next year or two (to avoid capital gains) IF the market stabilizes after the election.
